We collect information you give us and information generated as you use Tapzly. This falls into a few categories:

• Account data, your name, email address and password when you create a Tapzly account.
• Order data, shipping address, phone number and order history when you buy a device.
• Profile data, the photo, bio, contact details, links and socials you add to your digital profile.
• Usage & analytics, tap counts, profile views, device type and general location, plus standard log data such as browser and IP address.

We use the information above to run and improve Tapzly, specifically to:

• Create and manage your account and public profile.
• Process orders, activate devices and arrange delivery.
• Show you analytics such as taps and profile views.
• Send transactional messages about your orders and account.
• Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security issues.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Essential cookies are required for the site to function; analytics cookies help us improve it and can be declined in your browser settings without breaking core features.

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers who help us operate:

• Payment processors, EasyPaisa and JazzCash handle online payments. Card and wallet details are entered with them, not stored by us.
• Delivery partners, receive your name, address and phone number to ship devices.
• Analytics providers, receive de-identified usage data to help us understand performance.

We never sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained as required for tax and warranty purposes. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep it.

You are in control of your data. At any time you can:

• Access and download the information associated with your account.
• Correct or update your profile and account details.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where applicable.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. Each device is locked to your account with a unique activation code. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage a strong, unique password.
