Terms of Service

By accessing the Tapzly website, creating an account, or using any Tapzly device or digital profile, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the current version.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Tapzly.

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate, but we may correct errors, change prices, or cancel an order with a full refund where a listing is clearly wrong.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm and dispatch your order.

Each Tapzly device ships with a unique activation code. Once you activate a device and link it to your profile, that device is locked to your account.

• You own the physical device once your order is delivered and paid.
• The digital profile and platform remain owned and operated by Tapzly.
• You are responsible for keeping your activation code private until it is linked.

Your profile is yours to build, but it must not be used to:

• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Distribute malware, spam or phishing links.
• Violate the privacy or intellectual-property rights of others.

We may suspend or remove profiles that breach these rules.

The Tapzly name, logo, website, software and designs are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission. Content you upload to your profile remains yours; by uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to host and display it as part of delivering the service.

Tapzly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the device or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may revise these terms as our service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Tapzly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
